Harassment Policy

At Sole Survivor Foot Care, we are committed to providing safe, respectful, and professional nursing care to all clients in their homes and community settings. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Definition of Harassment

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse (e.g., yelling, name-calling, inappropriate jokes or comments)

  • Physical intimidation or threats

  • Sexual remarks or innuendo

  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct
     

Zero-Tolerance Policy

If any form of harassment occurs during a scheduled visit, the appointment will be immediately terminated at the nurse’s discretion. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for the disrupted appointment.

Continued or repeated harassment will result in termination of services. Sole Survivor Foot Care reserves the right to refuse future appointments and discharge clients from care if a pattern of inappropriate behavior is observed.

Discretion

Decisions regarding what constitutes harassment and the appropriate response will be made at the sole discretion of the nurse, prioritizing personal safety and professional standards.

Acknowledgment

By booking and receiving services from Sole Survivor Foot Care, clients agree to uphold a respectful environment and understand the consequences of violating this policy.
