​To ensure fair and efficient scheduling, Sole Survivor Foot Care requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• No-show appointments (missed without notice) will result in a $75 fee.

• These fees may be billed through Square or added to your next appointment.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services at the discretion of the provider.

• Fees may be waived in individual cases based on circumstances and at the provider’s discretion.
