Welcome to Sole Survivor Foot Care. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or communicating with us online, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information
Sole Survivor Foot Care is operated by a Licensed Practical Nurse providing professional medical foot care services in New Brunswick, Canada. All care is offered within the scope of LPN practice and adheres to Canadian and New Brunswick health standards.

2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older or have legal guardian consent to receive services. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are medically eligible to receive foot care.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be by email, or phone. Cancellations or changes require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

4. Payment
Payments are due at the time of service. We use Square for all debit or credit payments, EFT, and cash are accepted. Full pricing details are provided during booking. A receipt will be provided for insurance or reimbursement purposes if applicable.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal health information collected is kept confidential and stored securely in compliance with applicable privacy laws, PIPEDA. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Photography and Consent
With client consent, non-identifying photos may be used for educational or promotional purposes (e.g., social media, brochures). Faces, names, initials, and personal identifiers will never be included.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy
Sole Survivor Foot Care maintains a zero tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, and the client will be charged the full appointment fee of $75. Ongoing harassment may result in permanent termination of services.

8. Medical Disclaimer
Foot care services provided are not a substitute for physician-directed care. Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions. Recommendations and referrals will be made when care is outside the scope of practice.

9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if it is determined that the care required exceeds our scope, if there are safety concerns, or due to violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality care, Sole Survivor Foot Care is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services, except as required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
